1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or submitting an order, quote, or contact request, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.

2. Products and Availability

All products listed on this website are subject to availability. Product specifications, weights, and packaging information are indicative and may vary. Confirmed specifications are detailed in the Proforma Invoice issued for each order.

Frozen Chicken Exporters reserves the right to modify product offerings at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders and Contracts

Submitting an order or quote request through this website does not constitute a binding contract. A contract is only formed when:

• A Proforma Invoice (PI) has been issued and signed by both parties, and
• Payment or a letter of credit has been confirmed per agreed payment terms

All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified in the PI.

4. Payment Terms

Standard payment terms are T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) or Letter of Credit (L/C). Specific terms are negotiated per order and documented in the Proforma Invoice. Pricing is valid for 7 days from PI issuance unless otherwise stated.

5. Delivery and Risk

Delivery terms are governed by the agreed Incoterms (FOB, CIF, CFR, EXW, or DDP) as specified in the Proforma Invoice. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer in accordance with the applicable Incoterm. For detailed information, see our Delivery Process page.

6. Quality and Compliance

Frozen Chicken Exporters warrants that all exported products comply with applicable Brazilian food safety regulations and any certification requirements agreed upon. Products are inspected by SIF-certified veterinarians prior to shipment. A health certificate and other required documents are provided with each shipment.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frozen Chicken Exporters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from a transaction shall not exceed the value of the confirmed order in question.

8. Force Majeure

Frozen Chicken Exporters shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, strikes, pandemics, or disruptions to international shipping routes.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Frozen Chicken Exporters or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brazil, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
