Delivery Process
From your order request to arrival at your port — here is every step of the Frozen Chicken Exporters fulfilment journey.
Order Inquiry
Submit your order or quote request via our website, email, or WhatsApp. Our commercial team responds within 24 hours with availability and pricing.
Order Confirmation
After agreeing on product specs, quantity, incoterms, and payment terms, a formal Proforma Invoice (PI) is issued. Payment confirmation triggers production scheduling.
Processing & Packing
Your order is processed and packed at our SIF-certified facility under HACCP controls. Products are inspected, labelled per destination requirements, and blast-frozen.
Documentation
We prepare all export documents: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Health Certificate, Halal Certificate, Certificate of Origin, and any destination-specific certificates.
Refrigerated Shipping
Products are loaded into refrigerated containers (reefers) at -18°C or below. We work with major shipping lines to ensure reliable schedules to your destination port.
Port Arrival & Customs
We support customs clearance with complete documentation. For CIF/DDP incoterms, our logistics partners handle destination port procedures on your behalf.
After-Sales Support
Our team is available post-delivery for any queries, documentation follow-ups, or quality feedback. We are committed to a long-term partnership.

Free On Board — we cover all costs until goods are on board the vessel at the named port.
Cost, Insurance & Freight — we cover cost, insurance, and freight to your destination port.
Cost & Freight — we cover cost and freight to destination; buyer arranges insurance.
Ex Works — goods made available at our facility; buyer arranges all transport and export.
Delivered Duty Paid — maximum service; we deliver cleared at destination, duties included.
